European Training Network (ETN)

The network has been set up in the form of an International Association under Belgian law. The aims of the association are:

  1. to organise intercultural exchanges,
  2. to develop methods for the training of young people and adults and to allow their integration into the workforce
  3. to spread the humanistic values of democracy, social justice, tolerance, solidarity and freedom in Europe among the members and other partners

ETN sees itself as a think tank and a source of proposals with regard to the European authorities. The ETN members are the driving forces behind youth and adult training within the different EU countries (France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, Finland, etc.). Negotiations are currently underway in view of the entry of new members (Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Malta).
